Returns
If you would like to return an item you may return regular priced merchandise^
within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, minus the shipping charges.*
*We do not refund original, or return shipping charges. ^ All REDUCED
PRICE items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Instructions for returning items:
A. Obtain Return Authorization 1) A Return Authorization Number must be obtained BEFORE returning any items.
To obtain return authorization please email ra@BagTrends.com No refunds
or credits will be given on items returned without first obtaining a Return
Authorization Number. 2) Your request for a Return Authorization Number must be made within 14
days from the original delivery date, as noted on invoice. 3) You will receive an E-mail reply indicating your Return Authorization
Number within 48 hours if your return request is approved. 4) All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects
and verifies the condition of the item. Return credits take approximately
five to seven business days to process upon receipt of the item. Again,
please note, shipping charges are non refundable.
B. How to ship authorized returns
1) Returns must be received by BagTrends.com within 5 business days
of customer receiving their Return Authorization Number. Customers will be charged a 15% restocking fee if item is received by BagTrends.com in 6 or more business days after customer received their Return Authorization Number. 2) Items not returned by BagTrends.com within 10 business days after customer receives their
Return Authorization Number, will not be accepted. 3) Customer is responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping returns.
We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS
Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express that allows you to track your package.
If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted. 4) Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper.
5) Please include a copy of your Return Authorization e-mail inside the
package and make sure your name, address and RA# are written clearly on
the outside of the package. Mail to: BagTrends.com, 2768 East 63rd Street,
Brooklyn, NY 11234.
Damaged/ Defective Goods At BagTrends.com, we are committed to selling only first-quality, genuine
designer handbags. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage
prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product
upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Please note that items
without their tags will not be accepted for refund. If you have received
a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email within 3 days of
receiving the order, at ra@BagTrends.com to be eligible for a refund.
Custom Orders Unfortunately, we can not give refunds ON customized or made-to-order bags.
NO exceptions. If you have a question, please contact
customerservice@BagTrends.com.
Shipping We ship using USPS Priority Mail for Free. For quicker deliveries we use UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Overnight and are subject to UPS standards,
regulations, and delivery limitations. Please review your invoice
confirmation for UPS pricing. UPS will not ship to P.O. boxes and
an additional charge will apply for Saturday or Sunday delivery, please
call for charges.
International Orders
All BagTrends.com international orders are shipped
through UPS Worldwide Express and UPS Standard Canada, which gives tracking
capabilities. PLEASE NOTE: International customers are responsible for any additional
taxes and duties. BagTrends.com is not responsible for any fees charged
by customs.
DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS
Exchange and return policies are subject to change without notice.
Item availability Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on
our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out
of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail.
Payment BagTrends.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
BagTrends.com does not accept checks, cash, or money orders.
Sales Tax Sales tax is charged only to states where
BagTrends.com has a physical
presence. Currently this is only New York.
Order Tracking You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received.
In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order
has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for
your package.
Order Processing Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM EST will begin processing that day,
excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and
credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing
the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday
after 1 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday.
