As we kick off

Minkoff Week on BagTrends, I can’t help reminisce about
the
first time I met Rebecca Minkoff for lunch at my favorite sushi
location in SOHO. We bonded over spicy tuna and ginger dressing and
of course our love for bags. A year and a half later – with many press
clippings,
celebrity sightings, and
new it bag designs in between – I
caught up with the red hot (no longer on-the-rise!!) designer to
